Returns & Refunds

At Easthold Leather, each piece is made to order and customized specifically for you.

Customized & Personalized Items

Because personalized products are created uniquely for each customer, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

This includes items with:

  • Monograms
  • Custom logos
  • Personalized text or artwork
  • Custom branding or bulk program customization

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with damaged construction, manufacturing defects, or an issue caused during production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eastholdleather.com.

We may request photos of the issue to help review the claim. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Examples of eligible issues may include:

  • Broken hardware
  • Defective stitching
  • Incorrect customization caused by our error
  • Significant material defects

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural variations in leather texture, markings, or color
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Personalized items where the customer approved the customization

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins quickly, requests to change or cancel customized orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that point, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
